Separator

Referring to Heat Exchangers technology basis, different types of Evaporators, in designs of Falling Film, Rising Film, Plate, and Forced Circulation are in respect to concentrate liquid products in forms of solution, suspension and emulsion with low viscosity and extending it to a higher viscosity.

For the heat sensitive products the concentration has to be done in vacuum condition in order to block any damages to the matter from high temperature.

Evaporators have an important role in concentrating different kinds of juices, milk, whey, and wide range of chemical, food, and pharmaceutical products.

In order to transform vapor in to liquid the evaporator needs a condenser and in order to separate liquid from gas needs a separator.
